In Sanskrit, “Prithibi” means the World. True to its name, Prithibi Consulting and Development Services (“PCDS”) has served clients globally and is made up of a team equally diverse and exceptionally qualified. 

With a focus on the Utilities industry, PCDS offers both custom developed applications and managed services.

CSOnline (Customer Service Online) is a custom configured application that allows utility customers to submit service requests for various customer service type functions. Customer Service Agents can through the click of a button, submit the requests for processing within the CIS system. CSOnline eliminates the need for customers to line up at Service Centers or be on hold waiting for Customer Service Reps to answer their calls. PANA

PANA (Prithibi Alerts and Notification Application) uses a multi-channel approach to communicating alerts and updates to customers regarding their account status, payment status, leaks, outages, etc. With today’s customer having access to so many different avenues of information, PANA provides the latest in customer communication and outreach.

PUM

PUM (Prithibi Utility Mobile) is a simple yet effective way for field technicians and other mobile resources to access work orders and communication whilst they are working in remote locations. Using Google maps and GIS, PUM provides flexibility and accuracy in pinpointing service locations. With the ability to cache information, functionality can still be used even when internet access is weak or lost.

PAR (Prithibi Apex Reporting) interfaces with Oracle CIS system to provide a reporting solution. There are close to 100 commonly used reports pre-built for immediate use. Users can download data into various formats and can highlight, filter and perform analysis on the data from within the application.

PUB (Prithibi Utility Billing) is a CIS solution designed for small to mid-sized utilities. PCDS offers full implementation of its own custom applications as well as Oracle Utility applications (CC&B, C2M, JDE/E1, OFSC, BI, MDM). Combining traditional Project Management with deep knowledge of the products, PCDS implementations are completed successfully within time and budget.

Some key components of PCDS implementations are:

  • A realistic project plan that is closely followed from Project Assessment through Go-Live
  • Client involvement from Project Assessment all the way through testing
  • Methodology, artifacts, tools and templates to communicate and enforce the implementation standards
  • Testing and quality health checks to ensure the quality of the implementation

PCDS Support Services range from supporting individual applications to fully hosted solutions in the Oracle Cloud environment. Generally, support is packaged with implementation, but PCDS will help clients that have had implementations completed by others.
